Tell the 113th Congress to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act

Women are still paid less than men for doing the same work. The Paycheck Fairness Act, which was blocked by Senate Republicans in 2010 and 2012, has been reintroduced by U.S. Senator Barbara A. Mikulski (D-MD) and Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (D-CT), and would help enforce and strengthen equal pay laws.

The Paycheck Fairness Act builds upon the 1963 Equal Pay Act and the 2009 Lilly Ledbetter Act, aiming to close loopholes that have allowed the gender pay gap to remain.

Please, sign the petition to the 113th Congress urging them to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act so women can finally achieve pay parity.

To the 113th Congress:

Please pass the Paycheck Fairness Act so that women will have the legal standing to fight pay discrimination in the workplace and ensure women receive equal pay for equal work.
