Take action: Woman assaulted in Nevada courtroom
A Nevada woman in court for a routine divorce proceeding was arrested in front of her two-year-old daughter for claiming a court officer sexually assaulted her during an unexplained drug search.
After reporting the incident to the presiding hearing master, the woman’s concerns were ignored. Then, the hearing master allowed her to be arrested for making the accusation.
The officer involved was investigated and fired, but the hearing master who allowed this woman to be arrested for reporting a sexual assault has yet to be removed from office.
Hearing Master Patricia Doninger has got go. Sign our petition to Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval, Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto, and Eighth District Court Chief Judge Jennifer Togliatti to fire Patricia Doninger for this outrageous incident.
