Tell President Obama: Make the NSA answer Freedom of Information Act requests from American citizens

The NSA is listening, but you can't FOIA itJust in time to celebrate our nation’s independence, we learned that the National Security Administration (NSA) is denying Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests sent by American citizens who want to know what, if any, information their government is collecting on them.

In the denial letters, the NSA outrageously states it will deny all Freedom of Information Act requests from Americans citizens because doing otherwise would help terrorists.

This is unacceptable. Citizens have a right to know if their government is spying on them.

Please sign the petition telling President Obama to issue an executive order allowing American citizens to obtain their NSA files with a Freedom of Information Act request.
