Tell John Kerry: Stop comparing war opponents to Nazi appeasers
As he makes the case for a U.S. military strike in Syria, Secretary of State John Kerry has compared Assad to Hitler. He has even gone so far in the past week to refer to this—twice—as “our Munich moment.”
In other words, Kerry says those who oppose a military strike are like Neville Chamberlain. This is despicable, and reeks of the demagoguery we saw in the run-up to the Iraq War.
Sign our petition to Secretary of State John Kerry to stop comparing the debate over taking military action in Syria to the debate over going to war with Nazi Germany in 1938, and thereby implying that opponents of war are akin to Nazi appeasers.
